We built this business on a simple observation

Most pension advice feels transactional. Someone sells you a product, collects their commission, and disappears. We thought there had to be a better way.

How we approach pension planning

Our firm started in 2008 during one of the most turbulent periods in financial history. While others were trying to weather the storm, we saw an opportunity to build something different—a pension advisory practice that prioritized clarity over complexity.

The founders had all worked in traditional wealth management and seen the same patterns: unnecessarily complicated products, fees buried in fine print, and advice that served the institution more than the client.

We decided to flip that model. Fee-only structure. Plain language. Recommendations based on what actually serves your retirement goals.

Team collaboration

What guides our work

Transparency as standard

You shouldn't need a magnifying glass to understand what you're paying or why we're recommending a particular strategy. Everything is documented and explained upfront.

Independence matters

We're not tied to any product providers or pension platforms. Our recommendations are based solely on what fits your situation, not what earns us a commission.

Long-term thinking

Retirement planning isn't about quick wins. It's about sustainable strategies that hold up across decades, market cycles, and life changes.

Education over sales

Our job is to help you understand your options, not pressure you into decisions. An informed client makes better choices than one who feels rushed.

How we work with clients

1

Initial consultation

We start by understanding your current situation, retirement goals, and any concerns you have. This conversation is free and gives both of us a chance to see if we're a good fit.

2

Data gathering and analysis

We collect details about your existing pensions, employment history, and broader financial picture. Everything is handled securely and confidentially.

3

Strategy development

Based on our analysis, we develop recommendations tailored to your situation. You'll receive a written report explaining our reasoning and the expected outcomes.

4

Implementation and monitoring

Once you approve the plan, we handle the administrative work and coordinate with pension providers. We then monitor progress and adjust as needed.
